KurezeEffect 第三階段一些變動
Ingress Japan 宣布，日本的宮城縣、福島縣、新潟縣、山形縣、岩手縣、茨城縣、栃木縣等部分地區因應地震的發生和安全因素考慮，在明天的 KurezeEffect 活動將取消以上地區的官方 RBB 投放。

Portal Scan Meter - a Rare Battle Beacon
在一個週期(大概一個星期時間)裡，一個 Portal 被掃描的次數累積7次(任何人都可以掃描累積)， 該 Portal 將留下白色打圈的預定標記，直到週期結束時， Portal 將出現 Rare Battle Beacon.
Note:
· 一個 Portal 在一個週期裡只能有一次白色打圈的預定標記和 Rare Battle Beacon.
· 掃描 Portal 的上傳方式分為即時上傳和稍後上傳，如果掃描的上傳數據大和只是想給 Portal 累積次數取得 RBB, 可以選擇稍後上傳，在連接 WiFi 時再上傳，記得在週期完成。

在一個週期(大概一個星期時間)裡，一個 Portal 被掃描的次數累積13次(任何人都可以掃描累積)， 該 Portal 會在第13次已上傳後，即時由 NIASection14 在該 Portal 部署一個Fracker.
Note:
· 一個 Portal 在一個週期裡只能有一次的Fracker.
· RBB 和 Fracker 是可以一次同時完成.
· Fracker 會在 Portal 被掃描並上傳掃描資料後的第13次出現，出現時並不能停止、稍後或取消。
在一個週期(大概一個星期時間)裡，一個 Portal 被掃描的次數累積13次(任何人都可以掃描累積)， 該 Portal 會在第13次已上傳後，即時由 NIASection14 在該 Portal 部署一個Fracker.
Note:
· 一個 Portal 在一個週期裡只能有一次的Fracker.
· RBB 和 Fracker 是可以一次同時完成.
· Fracker 會在 Portal 被掃描並上傳掃描資料後的第13次出現，出現時並不能停止、稍後或取消。
