Oh man. They are all special in their own way. I'll say I have had the most fun with PAC and Hank. Although I've had a blast with the rest as well.

He is a secretive man and rightfully so. He'll usually contact me. I don't have the means to contact him. He wanted to come on BTS a while back to answer some questions and I think clear things up that PAC said. I think that might be one of his only public appearances. I really don't know that much about him. He seems friendly enough though.

It’s nice you’ve mentioned BTS. Is that why you got the AEW medal? So what’s the plan with BTS now? We know there’s a new website that encourage players to submit their own stories. No more interviews of that kind then?

I'm not sure why I got the AEW medal. Only Edgar knows. I am still continuing BTS. However, it isn't a live show anymore. It is pre-recorded and is also only 20-30 minutes instead of an hour long. BTS is still me as a fan interview players. The website, ingress.report, is official Niantic. The two serve different purposes. Unfortunately, the end of the year has had me so busy that I have only had the chance to do 4 or 5 interviews for BTS.

BTSC is, of course, organized in a cross-faction fashion. We know faction grudge can come in between this sort of cooperation sometimes. How is your relationship with both factions? Any prejudice from the other side?

Early on when I first joined I think the Resistance were a little worried about me and that I would be Enlightened bias. I expected that. I was known throughout the Enlightend and Resistance community as being an Enlightened organizer and planner. But when I was hired I made it a point to remain as impartial and unbiased as I could in my everday life. When I play the game and my scanner is open I am Enlightened. Outside of the game when my scanner is not open I am Andrew the Global Community Manager for Niantic and faction doesn't have any place in my job as it relates to me personally. Some of my biggest supporters these days are now Resistance. I hope I've done a good job of convincing everyone that I will remain unbiased as GCM. If I do something that is biased, please point it out to me. I won't be offended. Even my bio card is gray and red. No faction colors.
