Creating a home for allMOCA is a home for Chinese Australian stories. So, we developed a new visual identity built around the idea of home. The roof radical ?, a Kangxi character ?used in the Chinese word for 'home', symbolises the protection and security a roof provides. It's the basis of our logo and identity system, acting as a dynamic frame ?that constantly adapts to house content. Using blue signals a shift from the traditionally red palette associated with China to acknowledge this as a multi-dimensional Chinese Australian story.More than a brand refreshThis is a project that uses the power of design to help reframe ?a narrative and show its pivotal role in Australia's cultural fabric. Our hope is that MOCA becomes a place to influence and reimagine our stories, and shape what comes next.

DIW (Do It Wow) specializes in high-end print finishing and custom packaging solutions. For their latest sample box we developed a design object that invites people to experience the possibilities of print first-hand. The message printed on the outer box sets the tone: "Sink into the box".Inside the outer box you will find six carefully curated samples that immerse you in the world of finishing techniques and special papers: hot foil, embossing, spot varnish, and more. Each piece highlights a different technique and demonstrates the precision and craft behind DIWs work.To emphasize the quality and flexibility of their production, we developed a custom lettering system. Each box features a unique letter, while additional custom characters appear across the text throughout the set ? creating a typographic system that reflects the individuality and adaptability of DIW's printing capabilities.An invitation to sink into the possibilities of print.

JPMorgan Chase Illustrations

JPMorgan Chase BerlinI was recently commissioned to create a series of illustrations for JPMorganChase, supporting the opening of the German main office of its digital retail bank, Chase, in the heart of Berlin.To bring vibrancy and energy to the new space, I worked closely with the JPMorganChase creative team and Fletcher Priest Architects to develop illustrations used throughout the hub.The centrepiece of the project was a two-storey internal mural wrapping around the central stairwell. Designed as a sequence of eye-level vignettes, it captures the spirit of modern Berlin culture through a blend of character, environment and everyday moments.Alongside the mural, we also created a suite of posters for the meeting rooms. As Chase helps customers reach their goals through technology, these pieces explored the relationship between people and tech, and how it supports day-to-day life.This was an incredible project to work on, and I thoroughly enjoyed the collaboration.

We established a new brand essence of "New Basics, Different Standards" and developed an integrated design system to express a consistent brand identity. We renewed the BI of our flagship brand, ?????, and created a design concept, "Aesthetics of Boundaries(??? ??)" that encompasses all product brands, including NU, a brand targeting 20-year-olds, so that various card products released in the future can create a differentiated visual identity of them.
