This is a very cost effective way to ground your bed! Grounding sheets work also. It’s best to have a wood bed frame, untreated wood with wood slats. Make sure that your mattess does NOT have springs and that your bed frame isn’t metal because metal conducts EMF’s. Organic wool mattresses, organic wool or organic linens are best with organic wool rugs. No more plastics for our tribe.
