We know from the history of technology that eyeglasses were invented in the 13th century๐ค
But as early as "the first half of the 11th century, the Arab scholar Ibn al-Haysam described the magnifying lens. The East did not manage to make practical conclusions from theoretical reasoning.
In the West, the thinker Roger Bacon attempted to fashion eye lenses in 1267. His experiments ended in failure. Nevertheless information about the great discovery spread around the world. The increasing power of "crystal stones" becomes a literary metaphor.
The portal of one church in Spain depicts Saint Jerome himself, who lived seven centuries before the invention, with such optical stonesโ

Tower of Babel
The legendary Tower of Babel is interpreted differently by different sources. However, more or less everyone agrees that such a temple took place in the center of the ancient city. Its mission was religious and astronomical.
Trying to reconstruct all kinds of historical chronicles, the Tower of Babel looks absolutely "not tower" - a huge shapeless structure, with a bunch of stairs, windows and doors. Just "chaos" in the middle of the city๐ค

The Underground City of an Unknown Civilizationโ
The city of Pฤฑnara in Turkey has long troubled archaeologists. This ancient city was built thousands of years ago directly in the rock - even the exact time of its construction remains a mystery today. But the most interesting and exciting for scientists lies in the reasons for its desolation - for a long time it was strong and rich, and then it was abruptly disappeared from the annals.
When the city was first discovered, archaeologists thought it was just a city for the dead, similar to what was common in Egypt. However, studies of the passages and catacombs yielded nothing - it was empty. No traces of people were found.

Celtic Naked Army๐ก
Celtic mercenaries took part in the wars against the Romans. Historians describe them as young men who ran into battle with nothing on them or with them except a spear.
In 225 BC the mercenaries went on a campaign against the Romans ahead of a huge (and unfortunately clothed) Celtic army.
The Romans were somewhat shocked, but for some strange reason the naked maniacs lost to warriors in full battle armor. That was the end of their glorious war journeyโ๏ธ

Study of a 20-centimeter mummy from Peru๐ค
Several small mummies have been found in the southern Atacama Desert in Peru. For several years now, experts have been trying to establish whether these creatures belong to any species.
During the first inspection of objects, experts found that all the basic features of these individuals resemble humans.
However, there are differences, the skin of these creatures has a grayish tint. The height of the mummy is 20 cm, and the density of the bones is 5 ml. After an external examination of the fossils, they were sent to a local research center.
During the scanning of the mummy, it was revealed that the skeleton of the little man is almost completely similar to the human body.
However, the creature's arms and legs are more elongated than those of Homo Sapiens. X-rays also revealed that the mummy had only three ribs on each side and only three fingers on each limb.

The official science attributes the armor to the 1600sโ
The question is who fought in them, if in this form the helmet does not even have holes for the eyes?
If it is simply an element of the interior, the question, of course, disappears.
And if it is a battle armor, then in order to fight it should be completed with a mechanical door closer, which would keep the visor open.

Gold of an unknown civilization๐ค
Archaeologists at El Caรฑo in Panama have discovered a burial site dating from 700 to 1000 A.D., where numerous gold objects and gemstones have been found, indicating the existence of a previously unknown civilization.
"It's a really remarkable find, perhaps the most significant since the 1930s, when a large number of gold artifacts were found in Sitio Conte, also in central Panama," said anthropologist John Hoopes.

Ancient people had the technology to make flexible and unbreakable glass๐
References to such glass can be found in Pliny the Younger, Petronius and Dion Cassius. They tell of an alchemist who surprised Emperor Tiberius.
Tiberius demanded to know the secret of creating flexible glass and ordered the alchemist to be executed. The emperor feared that such glass would affect the value of gold and silver.
A similar glass and plastic analog was recreated by our contemporaries thousands of years laterโฑ

Scientists have made an incredible discovery that will make it possible to find Atlantis๐ค
American and European scientists have recently concluded that a huge asteroid fell into the Atlantic Ocean about 12,800 years ago.
Nano-diamonds and evidence of a catastrophic explosion at temperatures over 2,000g under tremendous pressure were found in the black earth layer.
Interestingly, the Edda, Vishnu, Mahabharata, and Vedas of Perun write that the earth used to have three satellites, Lela, Fatta, and Meshal. Lela is the smallest satellite that fell into the ocean about 12,000 years ago. It resulted in the sinking of Atlantis.
In fact, modern scientists, once received confirmation of the legend of the "moons", the catastrophe and the flood. And hence Atlantis.

Egyptians are the attendants of the pyramids and tombs. How about this?๐ค
Traveler V. Sundakov hypothesized that the entire culture and economy of the Egyptians was imprisoned for the construction and maintenance of royal tombs.
The bodies of the rulers were brought on the rooks of Ra from afar. And mummification guaranteed the delivery of the corpses. The DNA and restored appearance of the pharaohs differs from the general population of Egypt. The flax and honey used for the mummies, products that are not typical of Africa
According to Sundakov, the dead rulers of the great empire were brought to Egypt from the North.

The secret element discovered by chemist Mendeleev
Mendeleev wrote in 1906 in his writings: "The problem of gravitation and the problems of all energy cannot be imagined as really solved without a real understanding of the ether as a world medium that transmits energy to distances."
After the scientist's death, the ether was cut from all his tables.
Today we rejoice in wireless phone charging. But even 100 years ago, ways of transmitting energy through the air through the ether were stated by the most famous scientists.

The inconsistency of history revealed by the coin๐ค
Numismatics is the science of coins. It is very often used to uncover some inconsistencies in "official" history.
On the photo - a Roman coin with Arabic inscriptions. A coin is like a coin. Except that the style of writing that appears on it would appear 600 years after the reign of the emperor depicted on it.

The origin of the long, flat tracks in the Lunyu cliffs๐
There are similar footprints in Baalbek, Japan. Officials believe that these are the traces of a pickaxe. But we understand that a hand tool will not leave a long smooth trace in the hard stone.
Similar traces are found in the extraction of bricks cut from soft rock. Let us remember the well-known story about the Pudost stone. The stone, which was easy to saw and process. In the air it gained strength and hardened.

Ruins in the Bay of Cambayโ
At the bottom of the Gulf of Cambay, at a depth of about twenty meters, are the ruins of an entire city, with canals, buildings and detailed decorations. The city was discovered using sonar and dates back to 9500 B.C.
No culture known at the time was capable of building with such magnitude and finesse, so the city at Cambay Bay remains a mystery to historians to this day.

The Emperor's Joke๐
The Roman emperor Gallienus was not famous for any great achievements, but his own joke has gone down in history๐ค
One jeweler, caught in the trade of counterfeit gems, was sentenced to death on the arena, i.e. he was to be torn by wild beasts to the amusement of the audience. And so the unfortunate swindler is led into the arena and placed in the middle, against a huge lion's cage. Several minutes pass in intense anticipation of the imminent horrible death, and when the cage rumbles open, the former jeweler's nerves failed and he loses consciousness and falls down.
And out of the cage came the chicken. When the laughter in the stands subsided, Emperor Gallienne commanded to declare: "This man has cheated, so he too has been cheated. The jeweler was brought to his senses and pardoned.
