The fact is the taliban(cia(catholic agents) could nationalize all their opium and sell it to china/usa and fund massive civil projects including a monthly payment to all loyal citizens...and lets not even talk about nationalizing their lithium and other heavy metals, the place could look like Dubai and have a massive military in a matter of 2-3 years with happy fat citizens.
