• Consolidated Revenue from Operations for the quarter ended June 30th 2026 was ₹14,464 million, up 49.7% YoY.
• Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter increased 29.0% YoY to ₹2,184 million; EBITDA margin at 15.1%.
• Revenue from EV-related supplies increased 80% YoY and now constitutes 27% of consolidated revenue.

• CG Power and Industrial Solutions has rolled out the first transformer from its new greenfield facility at Sehore, Madhya Pradesh.
• The facility is India's largest single-location power transformer manufacturing facility, designed for 220 kV to 1200 kV class power transformers.
• The facility has a capacity to roll out 35 power transformers per month.
• The company had previously announced the establishment of the greenfield transformer business and allocation of land by MPIDC.
• The rollout marks a key milestone in strengthening India's power infrastructure manufacturing capabilities.
