• RPG Active Pharma to acquire API & Intermediates business of Raghava Life Sciences for up to ₹135 Cr.

• Acquisition includes a modern ~300 KL API facility near Hyderabad.

• Business has 22 commercialised APIs and 7 APIs under development.

• Deal strengthens RPG’s API portfolio, manufacturing capacity and export opportunities.

• Acquisition to be funded through RPGAP’s recent equity raise.

PERSISTENT SYSTEMS: APPROVES FUNDRAISING PLANS UP TO $1.7 BILLION

• Board approves alteration of the Articles of Association to facilitate proposed fundraising.

• Long-term debt financing of up to $1.25 billion through ECBs, NCDs or similar instruments.

• Additional fundraising of up to $450 million through FCCBs, QIP, preferential issue or other permitted modes.

• Proposed fundraising is subject to members’ and regulatory approvals.

• EGM notice to be submitted shortly.
