🤝 Grand Continent Hotels has entered into a revenue-sharing agreement with Fairlink Shoppers Pvt Ltd to operate and manage a hotel in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
🛏️ The property will have 70 rooms along with lobby & reception, restaurant, kitchen, banquet halls, gym and car parking.
🏷️ Hotel will operate under the “Grand Continent Premier” brand.
⏳ Agreement includes a 60-day fit-out period followed by a 5-year lock-in period from signing.
📍 The addition expands Grand Continent Hotels' presence into the Varanasi hospitality market.
