This will not work. Russia is a truly multi-ethnic and multicultural state. Russians stick together, no matter their ethnicity. And, no, "Siberia" is not a name that Yakuts name their daughters.

By the way, the native population of North America was genocided right around the time mentioned in this article, starting in the early 17th century. Perhaps the "Native American Indigenous" should focus on THAT chapter of world history, which is a lot closer to them then Siberia.
