Present perfect continuous tense
✳️ Present Perfect Continuous tense - hozirgi davomiy tugallangan zamon, oʻzbek tilida uchramaydigan zamon shakli boʻlib, bu zamondagi ish-harakatlarda ham davomiylik, ham tugallanganlik xususiyatlari mavjud.
🔸Sam has been talking on the phone for half an hour. (Sem telefonda yarim soatdan beri gaplashyapti ... davomiylik ma'nosi bor, o'tgan zamonda ish-harakat boshlangan va hozirgacha davom etmoqda)
🔸Her feet hurt. She has been walking since morning. (Uning oyoqlari og'riyapti. U ertalabdan beri piyoda yurgan edi ... ish-harakat tugallangan, lekin biroz oldin davom etib turgan va natijasi hozirga ayon)
✳️ Ushbu zamonning qolipi have/has been yordamchi fe'llari + ing qoʻshimchasi qoʻshilgan asosiy fe'l bilan qoʻllaniladi.
▪️Positive form:
🔸I have been working
🔸He/she/it has been working
🔸We/you/they have been working
▪️ Negative form:
🔸I have not been working
🔸He/she/it has not been working
🔸We/you/they have not been working
▪️ Question form:
🔸Have I been working?
🔸Has he/she/it been working?
🔸Have we/you/they been working?
Misollar:
🔸 I have been working in the garden for six hours. It looks different now. (Men bog'da olti soat ishladim. Hozir uning ko'rinishi boshqacha)
🔸 Tom, have you been looking for me? (Tom, meni izlayotganmiding?)
▶️ Present perfect continuous tense – hozirgi tugallangan davomiy zamon qo'llaniladigan holatlar keyingi darsda atroflicha yoritib beriladi.

🔰 We use the present simple when we talk about timetables, programmes etc. (for example, for public transport, cinemas):

🔰 Biz hozirgi oddiy zamonni jadvallar, programmalar va hk. haqida gapirayotganimizda ishlatamiz (masalan, jamoat transporti, kino):
Misollar 📋 Examples:
• What time does the film begin? 🎥
• Kino nechida boshlanadi?
• The football match starts at 8 o'clock.⚽️
• Futbol matchi soat 8:00da boshlanadi.
❗️We use the present continuous for personal arrangements:
• What time are you meeting Sanjar?

Elder, eldest or older, oldest ?
Elder and eldest mean the same as older and oldest. We only use the adjectives elder and eldest before a noun (as attributive adjectives), and usually when talking about relationships within a family:
Let me introduce Siga. She’s my elder sister.
Not: … She’s my sister. She’s elder.
It’s Catherine’s eightieth birthday on Thursday and she is now the eldest member of the family.
We also use elder and eldest as nouns:
Jack is the eldest of four brothers.
Older and oldest are used in similar ways:
My older sister is coming to stay with us at the weekend.
Matt is the oldest of our children and Simon is the youngest.
Older and oldest can be used to refer to the age of things more generally:
The town hall is by far the oldest building in the whole region.
Not: The town hall is by far the eldest building …
We can use older and oldest after a linking verb (as predicative adjectives):
I think her grandfather must be older than her grandmother.
Not: I think her grandfather must be elder than …

Bir kuni xalq ta'lim vaziri o‘qituvchilar haqqini talab qila oladimi-yo‘qmi bilmoqchi bo‘lib:⠀
— Bugun soat 14:00da sizlarni dorga osamiz. Kelish majburiy! — deb topshiriq beribdi.
⠀
Aytilgan vaqtga yetib kelgan o‘qituvchilar birortasi ham indamasmish. Shunda vazir o‘rinbosari:
— Ana ko‘rdingizmi, o‘rtoq vazir, bularga baribir. Bittasi ham qarshi chiqmaydi. Nima desang ham ko‘naveradi. Chopiqqa ham, qurilishga ham, dalaga ham, ko‘cha tozalashga ham yo‘q demay ketaveradi. Qarang, hech biri indamayapti, — deb turishsa, bitta o‘qituvchi asta qo‘l ko‘taribdi.⠀
— Xayriyat! Ana bor ekan-ku, o‘z huquqini biladigani. Qani, marhamat gapiring! — deyishsa, qo‘l ko‘targan o‘qituvchi:⠀
— Bir nimani so‘rasam bo‘ladimi? – debdi.⠀
— So‘rang, eshitaman.⠀
— Osish uchun ipni o‘zlaringiz berasizlarmi yoki o‘zimiz bilan olib kelaylikmi? - dermish.
