First runes etching on chain happened at the halving
DOG ( runestone token ) got the 3RD rune ever etched onto btc - historical
Magic Internet Money ( get drop of this from owning a bitcoin wizard, and rune guardians ) got 17

Rune Guardians - not sure yet.
Good bit of the rune plays we had got sub 10, this is going to be a fun ride.
