🏹 Ijin menyampaikan opini sekaligus diskusi, aku heran karena setiap platfrom seperti X, IG, TikTok itu punya peraturan tetapi kenapa seolah-olah weverse dianggap paling haram. Jadi gini, semua platform punya aturan mainnya sendiri, tapi secara mendasar, tidak ada konten yang benar-benar "bebas" untuk disebarluaskan. Banyak yang mengira karena konten di sosmed (IG, TikTok, dll) bersifat publik, maka bebas diambil dan disebar ulang. Ini keliru. Artis memang mengunggah konten di sana untuk promosi, namun hak cipta tetap sepenuhnya milik mereka. Mengambil atau menggunakan konten tersebut sebagai bahan roleplay (karena kita ini domain/pihak ketiga) sebenarnya adalah pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan layanan platform dan UU Hak Cipta. Begitu pula dengan weverse dimana saat mendaftar, kalian sudah menyetujui perjanjian sebagai "Anggota" untuk mematuhi aturan ketat yang melarang penyalinan, distribusi, atau penyiaran konten ke luar platform. Sehingga kita sebagai pihak ketiga/domain gak boleh menyebar luaskan juga.
Aku cuma bingung disaat kedua platform ini sama sama punya peraturan khusus tp kenapa anak RP cuma fokus ke aturan weverse aja? Apa karena aturannya lebih ketat? Tapi kan dua duanya sama sama punya peraturan gitu lho. Gak masuk akal aja menurut aku, kenapa tidak kita persempit saja larangan pemakaian di media yang eksklusif alias berbayar yang sudah jelas tidak boleh disebar karena bukan untuk komersial?
