⚡The RAM crisis is about to end: Scientists have created RAM from mushrooms.

Researchers at Ohio State University have shown that shiitake and white mushrooms (Champinon) can act as memory components: the mushroom's network (mycelium) changes its resistance according to charge and is capable of transmitting and retaining signals.

In the experiment, electrodes were attached to different parts of the mushroom—and as a result, the "mushroom memory" functioned stably at a frequency of approximately 6 kilohertz, retaining up to 90% of the signal.
