Boil the seeds for 5 minutes.
Take out and place on cutting board..the outer skin will peel off.
Cut it into quarters. Put back into boiling water for 5 more minutes. The water will change to a pinkish color.
Let it cool and enjoy aith a squeeze of Lemon or sweetener of your choice.
