Imagine not sleeping at all all night and then its 7 am and ir head hurts...

I wanna have a normal sleep schedule again I have having terrible sleep all days every day all weeks

No legit i cant sleep its almost 12 pm wtffff I jaut feel gross and bad and wtffff

I was able to fall asleep at 1 am, I have no idea what happened yesterday that I couldn't sleep

Just small update, whether I was sick or just laclnof sleep I am feeling better today, I have slept more than e hours in 72 hours lmao, just overall less feeling like im dying, still headaches but no longer that prevalent or hard
