MICROSOFT, ALPHABET, AND GOLDMAN SACHS OBJECT TO TOKENIZED STOCK TRADING ON OKXICE

🏦 Microsoft, Alphabet (Google’s parent company), and Goldman Sachs have joined companies opposing the trading of tokenized versions of their shares on OKXICE.

🖤 16 companies have objected, up from 9 in the previous announcement.
🖤 OKXICE is a joint venture between OKX and ICE, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
🖤 The announcement did not specify the reasons given by the latest companies to object. The SEC’s pilot framework allows issuers to opt out of having their tokenized shares listed on the platform.
