⚡️ Strategy is proposing to pay dividends daily on four preferred stock classes: STRC, STRD, STRF, STRK, with the aim of reducing price volatility.

🖤 The total annual dividend amount will not change — payments would simply be split into smaller, more frequent distributions

STRC was originally designed to trade around $100 but has previously fallen well below that level. Daily dividends are meant to “smooth out” the price — this is not an increase in total payouts, only a change in payment frequency.
