4️⃣. Preemption of state-level barriers: State securities regulations would no longer apply to offerings that qualify under this framework.
5️⃣. Strong focus on transparency: Projects would still be required to disclose key information to help protect investors.

The proposed rules are now open for 60 days of public comment before the SEC makes a final decision.
