Dear Patriots,
We hope you're doing well during these very trying times. We are reaching out here because you may not have received Kat's newsletter yet.
We are receiving many texts, emails, phone calls and voice messages from people who are going through really difficult times. They may be facing problems with their own health or the health of a loved one, difficulties in relationships and families, psychological pressure, spiritual problems, grief, trauma and loss, or challenges with colleagues, neighbours, friends or family members who have TDS or who are angry and disconnected. Sometimes, we must start with ourselves.
It is difficult for us to provide individual support to the hundreds of people who need help.
For this reason, Kat has organised a free group healing session where we can take a moment, breathe deeply, calm ourselves, remember that we're in a spiritual war and release any heaviness we're feeling. It is also an excellent ongoing resource for these times. Prayer is wonderful, but sometimes we forget ourselves while giving so much to others.
Kat has decades of experience in energy work, medical education and life coaching, so you will be in the best of hands.
