Do you know how to store the excess produce you produce???

I’ve been freeze drying scrambled eggs and sausages. I’m trying to decrease the food I have in my freezers in case our power grid goes down. I’ve been freeze drying sausages, hot dogs, veggies, fruit, ground beef- all stuff I’ve had in my freezer. I just recently started freeze drying fresh scrambled eggs. They turned out very good!!!
