Risk Management:
• Max 1% risk per trade(personal acct) and 0.5% risk per trade(prop firm acct)
• Max 2 trades a day
• Max loss to intake a week 4%(for personal acct, half of this for prop firm)

Pairs to focus on:
main focus; EURUSD and GBPUSD

Time of the day to trade:
London and new York session
N/B : Never trade on Mondays

Entry and Exist rule:
• Premium and discount levels
• Trend continuation; trade off BB, OTE (Never trade the peak, follow the trend, never try to start the trend)
• Only take a trade after stop hunt/manipulation(Liquidity grab/raid) + BOS + RTFVG/OB
• OSOK
• Exit once at 3R(If beyond close 80% at 3R and BE) or at previous swing lows/ highs or a previous FVGs and any block showing Institutional sponsorship.

Time frames to use:
• Monthly, weekly, and daily for directional bias
• 4H and 1H for setups; Look for range created here. Range must have created a stop hunt and an OB with displacement. It must show a willingness to go higher or lower.
• 15M, 5M, 3M and 1M for entries; transpose the 4H and 1H levels for low risk entry(setup), using MSS + FVG on mostly 3m for entries/BOS+RTO+FVG and the various blocks after a manipulation.
