✨Over the past week, the crypto market total capitalization increased by ~$13B (from ~$2195B to ~$2208B).

✨Bitcoin’s Price Stages a Recovery
✅Just a few days ago, Bitcoin tumbled below $60K and even briefly dipped below $59K. Fortunately, the bulls quickly recovered and staged an impressive rally, which peaked at around $ 63,4K earlier Friday.

✅It appears that the rally has somewhat run out of steam. The price has been unable to continue higher and is currently consolidating around the $63K mark.

✨Altcoins in a Sea of Green
✅Overall, altcoins are having a field week, and all are trading in the green.

✅Some larger ones, such as ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX, TONCOIN, and ADA, are charting marginal gains between 0.5% and 3%. Notably, BTC’s price outperformed that of the other, as mentioned above.

✅Last week was also a blockbuster week for Layer-2 tokens; most increased by more than two digits.

✅Total 2 Index (Marketcap excluding BTC) is now at $902B

✨Last week, BTC saw a significant surge driven by strong buying momentum from BTC ETFs. In contrast, altcoins didn’t experience the same influx of capital, pushing the BTC Dominance Index (BTC.D) to its highest level since April 2021.

✨Over the past week, the crypto market total capitalization increased by ~$187B (from ~$2208B to ~$2395B).

✨BTC $69K
✅Last weekend went without fireworks as BTC recovered to $62K after slumping below $59K on Thursday. The eventful price movements were left for the trading week, which started with a price surge on Monday to $64,5K at first and $66,5K later during the day.

✅Tuesday was even more volatile, with BTC surging to $68K, getting rejected and pushed south by three grand, and jumping to $68K again by Wednesday.

✅BTC kept rising gradually in the following days, culminating on Friday with a jump to $69,000 for the first time since the end of July and reaching $69,4K on Sunday. However, it has failed to overcome that level and has lost some traction since then. Nevertheless, BTC trades above $68,5K and is up 8.5% within the past week.

✨APE Back in the Top 100
✅ApeCoin has emerged as the top performer in the past 24 hours, having surged by over 110% on a daily scale after the launch of its mainnet. As such, APE has returned to the top 100 largest alts by market cap with a price tag of $1.5

✅On a weekly basis, most altcoins are in the green, boosted by BTC's strong price rally. However, a few exceptions saw minor losses, including TRX, AVAX, SUI, TAO, and SEI.
