فرق arrive at و arrive in


۱- اگر مقصد یک مکان کوچک و محدود مثل اداره هتل بیمارستان بانک ساحل و ... است، از حرف اضافه at استفاده کنید. مثلاً:

چه زمانی به اداره پست می رسی.

When do you arrive at the post office.?
یا جمله زیر:

I had already gone before he arrived at the station.
اگر مقصد یک شهر بزرگ، کشور، قاره یا هر جای بزرگ تری هست، ازحرف اضافه in استفاده کنید. مثلاً:

من ساعت ۵ به تهران خواهم رسید.

I will arrive in Tehran at five.
