In 5 days 2023 Open Enrollment for new members will start (1/15/2023) and we will be accepting applications until 1/20/2023.

Here's what to do when the link becomes available:

1. Existing members, please indicate if you would like to continue your membership and if there are any updates to your records, by clicking EXISTING MEMBER.

2. Anyone who DID NOT receive a membership card in 2022, click NEW MEMBER and proceed to fill out the application.

Please note, EVERYONE must enroll; existing members must re-enroll to confirm their data. All approved applicants will get a NEW 2023 MEMBERSHIP Card i.e. existing and new members. Existing members can discard the 2022 Membership Card.

2023 First Quarter Enrollment for New Member applications and Re-enrollments are under review.

We have received a number of duplicate applications and they will be reduced to ONE, i.e extras will be deleted, the first application will be retained.

Every person who use our online enrollment form to submit their application, i.e. new and existing members received a confirmation of that submission.

A few reminders:
1. Enrollment DOES NOT guarantee membership approval. All applications (new and existing members) will be reviewed and qualifying individuals will be contacted by e-mail or text to indicate their membership approval.

2. ALL PATRONS MUST have ENROLLED for the new 2023 Membership Card, this also includes existing members.

3. Texts inquiries to the Rotation Schedule for Pick-up line will not be answered. That service is dedication only for invitations.

4. "No Card No Hamper" rule at pick-up will be strongly enforced in 2023.

5. Distributions resume next month end, i.e. February 2023.
Prior to that resuming, we may have a virtual welcome meeting on zoom, 1 week prior to discuss the rules and any new updates.

La inscripción del primer trimestre de 2023 para las solicitudes de nuevos miembros y las nuevas inscripciones están bajo revisión.

Hemos recibido una serie de solicitudes duplicadas y se reducirán a UNA, es decir, se eliminarán los extras, se conservará la primera solicitud.

Cada persona que utiliza nuestro formulario de inscripción en línea para presentar su solicitud, es decir, los miembros nuevos y existentes, recibieron una confirmación de esa presentación.

Algunos recordatorios:

1. La inscripción NO garantiza la aprobación de la membresía. Todas las solicitudes (miembros nuevos y existentes) serán revisadas y se contactará con las personas que califiquen por correo electrónico o mensaje de texto para indicar la aprobación de su membresía.

2. TODOS LOS CLIENTES DEBEN HABERSE INSCRITO para la nueva tarjeta de membresía de 2023, esto también incluye a los miembros existentes.

3. Las consultas de texto al calendario de rotación para la línea de recogida no serán respondidas. Ese servicio es dedicación solo para invitaciones.

4. La regla de “No Card No Hamper” en la recogida se aplicará con fuerza en 2023.

5. Las distribuciones se reanudarán a finales del próximo mes, es decir, Febrero de 2023. Antes de reanudar, podemos tener una reunión de bienvenida virtual en zoom, 1 semana antes de discutir las reglas y cualquier nueva actualización.

We are working with our donors to receive produce that can be distributed to individual families and members.

At this point, we can only accommodate our existing community shares due to certain restrictions and the type of donations we receive.

Pardon for any inconvenience. We will resume membership distributions, God willing, very soon, and thanks for your understanding.
