4. He was attacked with deadly intent/force while trying to flee attackers.
5. Timothy Simpkins (a black teenager) took a gun to his school, shot a classmate and a teacher, served 1 day in jail, and is out on bail.
6. Charged with trespassing, white 1/6 participants are still being held without bail more than 6 months later, in solitary confinement 22 hrs a day, and killed no one.
