Will operationally lead back to the Five Eyes (FVEY), Nine Eyes, and Fourteen Eyes state surveillance alliances. A global alliance that enabled the circumvention of every domestic law and safeguard, and the impenetrable protection of every designated Deep State asset, in every participating country through a web of intelligence proxies and backchannels.

I believe their are elements of this global surveillance alliance that could no longer remain silent and devised a plan to counter the pure evil they saw taking over our planet. I think this is why Q stated:

I also think they were apart of recruiting Trump to run for President and it is they who ensured he and the patriots were always 10 steps ahead of the enemy throughout his presidency through to today. They may have even been the ones to select Trump, specifically.

I believe the command and control they created has also led the Silent War for patriots worldwide, collecting and imaging critical intelligence and evidence along the way, i.e. "we have the servers."

It is highly plausible these "wizards and warlocks" that Q would later clarify as "The Guardians of Intelligence" were also behind the creation of our 5th branch of the military, Space Force. "The Guardians," as they named themselves, are focused on defending both our cyberspace and outer space.
