America leaving the war on Yemen isnt something Joe Biden should be praised for. He and Obama started the American Airstrike Campaign on Yemen. Only 1 american citizen has been killed in a war that has taken over 273000 Yemeni lives including over 3000 children. That American citizen was 8 year old Nawar al-Awlaki who was killed by an airstrike ordered by President Donald Trump on January 29th 2017 along with 4 other children shortly after he was inaugurated. Joe Biden should not be praised for taking a step towards ending a genocide he is partially responsible for starting. We should be optimistic about leaving war, but we should be critical of the people who started the war.
