#Philly Pattison lot now about eighty percent full of cars. Mostly civilian cars. Fifteen or so vans along the westside, groups of cops standing by vans, four double length SEPTA buses parked, a few cruisers scattered throughout, and the two eighteen wheelers, one white and one red, are parked along the east side right next to the fence. There are detours and commotion in FDR park because of the Biden speech tomorrow.

#Philly #skywatch There are three advertising planes over the city right now, two owned by High Exposure Inc, and one (that we've seen flying over CC regularly) owned by Van Wagner Aerial Media LLC. Not sure if there are data gathering tools attached or if they are only flying banners, but it seems they are centralizing over different areas of the city. There's also a privately owned helicopter taking a lap up the river and back to NE Airport
