#Philly OTG: Organizers explaining how the movement is being targeted by COINTELPRO- counter insurgency programs. The movement is countered by bad actors who distract from the main purpose- to build a collective vision of a free, empowered world. This counter intelligence works because it kills us into a sense of complacency. We need to focus on our organizing, which will lead to our freedoms.

This September, Roxanne was shot by officers after her family called for help to deescalate her mental health crisis.
The officer involved was supported by the Berks DA. The same Berks DA who claims it was justified violence, despite openly admitting there were no attempts made to deescalate the situation.
Seeking Justice, We Recognize:
• A police force being investigated by its own DA is NOT accountability.
• Their refusal to release the body cam footage but instead providing select images to support their case is PERFORMATIVE transparency.
• In spite admitting to prior knowledge regarding Roxanne's mental health , they failed to send a health expert along. This reckless negligence resulted in unjustified violence.
Roxanne deserves justice, call Berks District Attorney John T. Adams @ (610) - 478 - 6000 and demand they release the tapes and hand the investigation off to a third party.
