Stop asking what to do as an individual. Instead, pick what to do. Immerse yourself in information and resources that teach you how to do that task. You can ask for them. We have some basic guides. Pick a role and do the work getting organized. We can do anything. We just have to do it. Do what you are good at and revolutionize a new role. Form your own RUST. Create tools and infrastructure for people and build a team because you cant do all of this by yourself. Be the change for your community.

Possible volunteer roles people do for RUST: scout, scanner, live streamer, amplifier. You dont need my or other activists blessings to do this. You can just do these things. Collect data on what you do and with practice you'll become an expert on how to do that role in that community
