--You can demonstrate that your inability to pay is because of financial hardship due to Covid-19, that you have made your best efforts to make timely partial payments and that you would likely become homeless if you were evicted."

Police removed the human barricades and set up metal and police personnel barricades, which tbh is pretty effective. Now police are in a sort of play pen of their own.

OTG: Confirm all arrestees to be cited and released from 21st and Hamilton. Eviction court was delayed and disrupted significantly on their first day reopening.
