These cops are literally using the lives of the inmates as a bargaining chip.

So their solution to the protests is to change the curfew to 7 PM from 8 PM.

Nothing about arresting the executioner.

What this conference is showing that if there are this level of protesting and riots in multiple cities of a state, the cops can't actually respond to them. The support other cities can give right now is to rise up and demand justice as well.
