Cars with no handles & no plates have been spotted around Minneapolis.
HISTORICALLY, VEHICLES OF THIS NATURE HAVE BEEN USED TO PLANT CAR BOMBS.
We do not yet know if these are being used for that purpose, but their presence in the city HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. Please look out for vehicles that look like this — no plates, no handles.
