5. Boot up SDRTrunk, configure a new channel pointing to the control channel in your county (ARMER uses P-25 Phase I, LSM simulcast for system and modulation)

Certain SDR dongles may be sold out or take a long time to be delivered, check online for other similar ones, they should all work similarly to one another
