Frito-Lay ordered workers in Topeka to move the dead body of their colleague when he died from exhaustion, and told them: “keep working” https://www.foodandwine.com/news/frito-lay-worker-strike-topeka
Worse than The Jungle. Frito Lay workers are still on strike until their demands are met. Workers are asking that all persons boycott Frito-Lay (and by extension, PepsiCo) products in solidarity.

Did you know that throughout 2020-2021, and currently ongoing, the Israeli government and private telecom companies have been steadily deploying Fiber Optic Internet throughout the country? Well, now you know! And another fact, this deployment of fiber optic connection is almost completely reserved for population centers with Israeli Jews. And I'll show this with a series of images.

A) In the first and second pictures you can see Nof HaGalil (Formerly Upper Nazareth) and the City of Nazareth, and you can clearly see that in the former there is a deployment of fiber optics to 94 households - a lot compared to Nazareth's "0".

B) In the second picture you can see the city of Tel-Aviv-Yafa, where in TLV there exists deployment of fiber optics but in the Arab-majority town of Yafa (Jaffa) there is none.

C) In the fourth picture, you can see that Beer-Sheva, a Jewish city with nearly no Arab inhabitants, there are 3170 connected households, but north of Jaffa in the Bedouin city of Rahat, there are 0.

D) In the last few pictures we can see this even more closely in a supposedly "binational" cities of Lod and Ramle (Lyda-Ramla). There's quite a bit of deployment, but what can we see? neighborhoods that are presumably Jewish (due to Synagogue placement) are connected while neighborhoods with Churches and Mosques have 0 households connected to Fiber.

Now, this information might only be true to the deployment of one company - UNLIMITED - and there may exist deployment of other companies - but only UNLIMITED proudly shows its deployment via a map of the country (which includes occupied settlements). This shows another part of life where Palestinians living in Israel experience inequality and discrmination - and I guess its cause theres no Arab streamers, youtubers, IT personnel, DevOps, coders, etc.,

This whole thing, it can only show you how real the injustices are - that something as universal as a reliable internet connection is prioritized only for one ethnic group above the others. Palestinians living in Israel, who bare Israel citizenship, aren't as equal as the Jews living in Israel; neither are the Druze living here.

Everyone in the country who longs for justice should know about BlackRock. Forget about gentrifying a neighborhood, BlackRock is going to gentrify the whole country. And when they own all the homes, they’ll get to set the prices too. Rent is bad now, and it will only get worse unless this company is abolished.

And that’s just one thing about them! They own a hell of a lot more than real estate. Look them up. 🔍

The American police state has effectively created a whole new series of crimes for just promoting sex work.

You read that right, you can get an aggravated criminal charge just for promoting safe and consensual sex.
Indiana - Footage has ~finally~ been release from the high speed chase Monroe County Sheriffs initiated that led to Malik’s death. Confirms that they wasted time pulling a rifle on a man burning to death and made no real attempt to rescue him from a burning car.

The eviction moratorium that protected thousands of families until today was not introduced out of the kindness of politicians' hearts, but chiefly for fear that mass evictions during the pandemic would generate mass resistance.

Learn about rent strikes:
https://cwc.im/rentstrike

Renters' organizing efforts in April 2020 helped force the government to introduce the federal eviction moratorium.

We have to keep fighting—to make them fear the consequences of throwing people out on the street.
