April 11: Brooklyn Center PD officer Kimberly Porter kills 20 year old Daunte Wright (RIP) during a traffic stop.
April 11: Knoxville PD shot and killed 17 year old Anthony Thompson in a school bathroom, claiming he shot a cop, then it came out the cop had shot himself.
April 15th: Chicago PD released the body cam footage of March 29 where they killed 13 year old Adam Toledo. They claimed he had a gun, the video showed him unarmed with his hands up when gunned down by CPD.
April 16th: Portland Police shot and killed a man having a mental health crisis. Video and statements from witnesses show he was unarmed.

Teargas getting deployed on #BrooklynCenter livestream.

Both #BrooklynCenter and #Chicago have seen a prominent presence of swooping and peace-policing activity from "organizers" within the crowd tonight. In Chicago, the protest, despite having easily 400+ people remaining, has been convinced to return to its starting point and "peacefully disperse," much to the amazement of the cops on #scanner. In #BrooklynCenter, many protestors are arguing about whether or not someone should have been cutting some zipties on the sacred fence.

Suffice to say, in this admin's opinion, pleasing the police with compliance should not be the goal of an anti-police movement.
