Greetings Friends,
This Sunday is Pentecost-the day of the birthday of the Church of God; and also the Birthday of the Church in the Wilderness- Israel.
This was the day of the giving of the Law at Sinai-Israel received their constitution and it was the birth of a nation.
On that same day over 2000 years ago, the Church of God was born and they received the Holy Spirit (Acts 2) and the Law of God was carved on their hearts (Rom 5:5; 2 Corinth 3:3).

On behalf of us here at the BICOG we wish you all a happy Pentecost. May God carve his law on your hearts (Jer 31:31; Heb 8), and grow in grace and knowledge and put on his divine nature, putting off the old sinful nature of the flesh and walk in the spirit.
Also, A tithe is given for the festival (Deut 16:16-17). So don't forget to tithe to whatever organization you support if you choose to- It is a command from GOD like every other command and it is up to YOU whether you choose to obey or not. If you send your tithe to us, thank you for your support and May God Bless you!
