Gartner surveyed over 700 CIOs. Their prediction for 2030 is blunt: 0% of IT work will be done by humans without AI.

But before that sounds like a warning, look at the other two numbers. 75% of IT work will still need a human, just working alongside AI. Only 25% shifts to AI alone.

This isn't a story about jobs disappearing. It's a story about which skills matter now. Summarising, retrieving information, routine translation, AI already does that well. What it can't do is judgement. Knowing when to trust an output, when to override it, and how to direct AI toward what the business actually needs.

That's the shift we build our programs around. Not teaching people to compete with AI. Teaching people to be the ones AI works for.
