1.shehan syndrome
2.asherman disease.
Case 2: obstructed labor due to Cx arrest.
Case 3:
1.fibrosarcoma or fibroid 2.endometrial hyperplasia or cancer
3.adenomyosis or endometriosis
4.infection
Case4:
1.PROM
2.urine(hx of urinary incontinence )
3.vaginal discharge due to infection
assay:
1.breech management :
1.external cephalic version
2.if fails or contraindications :
CS or vaginal delivery
2.old age ,DM, nillparous with hx ot postmenopausal bleeding
1.endometrial cancer :Fractional curettage biopsy
2.endometrial hyperplasia :Vaginal US
3.fibrosarcoma:US (pseudocapsulated)

1.observation in hospital mother investigation... fetal US ...
2. antihypertensive hydralazine
3.until term then termination
4.if deterioration in any time termination regardless GA.
4.Compare between Copper IUD and mirena( mode of action ,affected in menstrual, SE, benefit )
5.puerperial pyrexia causes (4):
1.endometritis (puperial sepsis )
2.UTI
3.mastitis
4.phelibitis
