اول محطة كانت emergency cases
كانت تبعنا eclampesia
وزي كل مره تذكري A,B,C,D,E
بالتفصيل تشتيه وبعد ماخلصت قالت لي what are the signs of Mg sulfate toxicity
ذكرتهم قالت كم جرعة المغنيسوم سلفيت الاعتيادية واللي نعمل لها maintinace ذكرتهم قالت طيب ولو اعطينها ب drip كم الجرعة وكم ساعات نراقبها قلت لها مااعرف دق الجرس

المحطة الثانية كانت investigation
كان حقنا DM سالتني انواعه وايش سببه ورجعت قالت لي gestional DM متى يبدا كلمتها رجعت قالت لي ايش السبب ذكرت لها قالت اجيب complication ذكرت لها ع الام وع الطفل رجعت قالت ليش كيف يحصل. macrosomia و hyperglycemia ذكرتها هي تقصد physilogical change والميكانزم وبعدين سالتني ايش المناجمنت ذكرت لهاscreening for end organ failure
ومن ضمن اللي ذكرت لها prepheral nuropathy . قالت لي كيف شرحت لها حق vascular رجعت كملت screening for fetal congital HG A1c وسالتني اينهم اكثر ريسك ورجعت قالت لي ايش تجيبي لها قلت theraputic Folic acid قالت كم الجرعة وكم نستخدمه كلمتها رجعت قالت لي بس قلت لها انسولين واذا كانت preexiting وعلى oral hypoglycemic نحولها لانسولين قالت كم الجرعة وكيف نحسب جرعة الانسولين قلت لها مااعرف كيف نحسب دق الجرس
المحطة الثالثة كانت الادوات كان werigly forceps طبعا سالتني. indication ,contraindication ,complication , ومن ضمن اللي قلته face precentation قالت اي نوع ,رجعت سالتني عن ventouse زي اسئلة الالفورسيبس والوحيدة المحطه اللي مااستلمتني بقي لي شويه راحه داخل ،
المحطة الرابعة كانت الادويه كان COCD ايش الميكانزم وايش contraindication وايش side effect
ثانيا mithergine نفس الاسئلة الاستخدامات قلت لها prevention and treatmen PPH قالت باقي قلت لها مااذكر قالت post abortion

المحطة الخامسة كانت genral examination طبعا كملت وقلت لها I want to check the vital sign
قالت بسالك عليهم اي المناطق اللي نقيس فيها الحرارة قلت لها قالت ادقهم قلت لها
رجعت قالت لي اي مناطق نقيس الضغط قلت لها اماكن artery قالت يعني كل ارتيري نقيس فيه قلت لها لا في brichial artery وكمان poplitual artery قالت هما ذولا فقط رجعت قالت لي ايش الكاركتر حق pulse جبتهم قالت ليش احيانا نقيس brichial مع radial arterty. قلت لها عشان hypercirculation in pregnent بيحصل collapsing pulse
رجعت قالت لي كنت اشوفك تخبطي بيدها ليش قلت عشان carpal tunal syndrom
رجعت قالت لي كيف نحسب body mass index عادنا بدات اقول نقيس الطول والوزن وهو دق الجرس

🛑 بالنسبه للمحطات زيما ذكروه البنات كانت محطه تاخذي منها الهستوري من المريضه زيما تعودنا امشي خطوه خطوه ورتبي نفسك قبل عشان ماتنسي شي طبعا هذه المحطه ماحد بينسئل فيها شي بش دكتوره واقفه جنب المريضه تسمعك ايش تسئليها بس

🛑المحطه الثانيه الي هي مع الدكتوره حنان بتناقشو فيها الي اخذتوه من المريضه هذه طبعآ قبل ماتدخلي المحطه عندكم 3 rest بيكفوكم ترتبو الهستوري وتراجعوه بالرااااحه ال3 rest بيساوو 15 دقيقه وبس بتدخلي تناقشي الحاله مع الدكتوره حنان بتناقشك الدكتوره سريع سريع وبتركز على ال positive finding وترجع تسئلك في المحاضره كامله لما توصلك لعند المانجمنت

🛑المحطه الثالثه بتكون ال Emergency الدكتوره امال الي اختبرتنا بالمعمل على المناوفرات طبعآ بتجيب ورقه مكتوب فيها حاله وبتقولك شخصيها وايش المانجمنت في المانجمنت بشكل عام ركزو على اول شي نسويه في اي حاله طارئه بشكل عام
