Last week, Atlanta Mandir hosted the Southeast Bal-Balika and Kishore-Kishori Summer Shibir, themed ‘Andar Akshardham’ with over 2,000 attendees.
The Bal-Balika Shibir taught children to embody Ekantik Dharma, aiming to build inner happiness by making Swamishri smile through daily righteous actions to build Andar Akshardham.
The Kishore-Kishori Shibir taught youths to build inner happiness by following divine guidance and developing faith in Mahant Swami Maharaj to build Andar Akshardham.

Aug 3, 1974. A momentous day in the history of BAPS North America. His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj inaugurated the first BAPS mandir in North America in Flushing, NY. Today, 50 years later, we have 117 other mandirs and an Akshardham.
This Diwali and for six weekends thereafter, we will witness our 50-year journey to today. Stay tuned.
