Role: Scrum Master
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate the Scrum process by leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Coach the team in Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values.
· Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and its practices.
· Identify and remove any obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals.
· Work with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure that it is prioritized and refined.
· Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective meetings and tracking progress over time.
· Help the team to be self-organizing and cross-functional.
· Ensure that the team is working collaboratively and communicating effectively.
· Track and report on team progress using metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and other indicators.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Requirements:
· A strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
· Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in this field.
· Experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
· Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
· A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to help others improve.
· The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
· Scrum Master certification
