On some MTK devices running Android 16, we noticed transition lags in Settings and during certain app open/close animations. (AOSP BUG)

After testing, we applied a couple of workarounds [ commit1, commit2 ] to smooth things out.

For builders: simply set

PERF_ANIM_OVERRIDE := true

in lineage_*.mk to resolve issue
