We're alive and working on new products non-stop! Still waiting to get an available accountant to handle the paperwork, they all say they're at capacity... Anyone personally knows of an accountant they can recommend (who'd have actual capacity to take a new client)?

We're planning a new product in the future, but it would be a bigger investment, so the question for you is whether we do it through:
- Kickstarter (high fees and slower fulfilment due to their system, but possibly more publicity)
- or our own store (easier to do polls and adapt to the demand) 👀
We're not planning to switch to preorder-only system, it's just for this one product collection
