OpenAI 公司在亚洲推出数据驻留计划
OpenAI周四宣布，将在亚洲推出新的数据驻留计划，此前已于二月份在欧洲推出了数据驻留计划。新计划适用于OpenAI的ChatGPT企业版、ChatGPT教育版和OpenAI API，旨在帮助亚洲的组织在使用这家AI公司产品时满足当地数据主权要求。符合条件的 API 客户和新的ChatGPT企业版和教育版订阅者可以选择将其数据静态存储在以下受支持的国家：日本、印度、新加坡和韩国。OpenAI表示：“对于API平台和ChatGPT商业产品，数据保持机密、安全，并完全由您拥有。数据驻留进一步增强了组织的数据控制。”

巴黎人工智能检测公司 Giskard 的一项新研究发现，要求人工智能聊天机器人回答问题时更加简洁可能会导致其产生更多幻觉。研究人员表示，要求模型用更短的篇幅回答问题，尤其是那些涉及模糊主题的问题时，可能会对人工智能模型的事实准确性产生负面影响。研究人员写到：“我们的数据显示，对系统指令的简单更改会显著影响模型产生幻觉的倾向。这一发现对AI模型的实际部署具有重要意义，因为许多应用为了减少数据使用量、提高响应速度和降低成本，通常会优先选择简洁的输出结果。”研究人员推测，当被要求不详细回答时，模型就没有足够的“空间”去承认错误前提并指出错误。

今天看到一个新闻，标题是：
《海外最赚钱的中国AI公司，竟是昆仑万维》
昆仑是AI公司吗？应该是吧，毕竟有天工大模型，还有AI音乐，AI社交业务……
昆仑的海外收入占比高吗？51.5亿元，海外收入占比91%。是挺高的；
所以这个标题初看感觉没什么问题……
但实际呢？
昆仑的大部分收入来自Opera浏览器的广告收入、starmaker的语音房/直播收入以及Dramawave的短剧收入；
