🚨 DNI Tulsi Gabbard Declassifies Evidence of Deep State Conspiracy: IC Officials Manufactured Intel to Impeach Trump in 2019

Former IC Inspector General Michael Atkinson bypassed standard IG procedures during his 14-day preliminary “investigation” into the July 2019 Trump-Zelensky call, relying exclusively on second-hand testimony from just four witnesses with zero firsthand knowledge of the conversation.

The self-declared Democrat whistleblower explicitly admitted in the initial complaint form: “I do not have direct knowledge of private comments or communications by the President,” yet Atkinson still certified the complaint as “urgent concern” and “credible” to fast-track it to Congress, the FBI, and the media.

Key supporting witness (Witness 2) was a co-author of the 2017 Russia Hoax Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) and close colleague of disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok; this witness admitted having to “read between the lines,” lacking “granular detail,” and only perceiving a “quid pro quo” in hindsight after reading the call transcript.

The same witness openly admitted routine disappointment with Trump administration policy decisions and having to deal daily with issues “contrary to [his/her] personal beliefs,” revealing clear partisan bias that Atkinson ignored.

The whistleblower’s own superior at the National Intelligence Council stated he/she “did not like how the [whistleblower] handled the filing of the report” and felt “looped in right at the time of the crash,” highlighting concerns about the rushed, irregular process that Atkinson disregarded.

The whistleblower later admitted lying to the IG about pre-complaint contacts with Democratic members of Congress (confirmed in newly declassified IG testimony), which Atkinson’s team knew about but downplayed.

Atkinson exceeded his statutory authority, ignored Department of Justice guidance on whistleblower handling, and never conducted a full investigation—explicitly admitting in testimony: “I haven’t done an investigation to determine whether they actually, in fact, took place.”

This manufactured second-hand narrative was then weaponized by then-HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff and Speaker Nancy Pelosi to generate media hysteria and provide the false predicate for the December 2019 impeachment of President Trump, subverting the will of the American people according to DNI Gabbard.

These declassified supporting documents and withheld HPSCI transcripts expose what the DNI describes as a coordinated “deep state playbook” to weaponize the Intelligence Community to “Get Trump”
