🇺🇸 #NorthCarolina man finds elderly neighbor wandering outside in soiled diaper as caregiver says she was ‘teaching him a lesson’.

Viral video from Wilmington is sparking outrage after a man claims his elderly neighbor was forced outside wearing only a soiled diaper and T-shirt.

Apparently, the elderly man’s caregiver is actually his sister. Pigford, the neighbor who filmed everything, says he has been concerned about this situation for a long time. This incident was the final straw, as he couldn’t ignore it anymore, so he recorded what happened and called the authorities right after.
