It took rescuers 10 minutes to pull Heba out. I asked them if she was alive, but no one responded. An ambulance arrived to transport her to the European Hospital
I stood there barefoot and watched as it drove away. My older brother, who is a nurse, held my hand and began to cry. I asked him if she was alive, but he did not answer.
