There seems to be an issue with the bot for some premium users. The bot is replying but not forwarding the messages.

The problem started yesterday when Telegram servers started killing API connections.

I have rebooted the suspected premium servers. Everything should come back to normal now.

If your forwarding has still not started in 5 minutes, please complete the /remove_session flow and then /authorize again.

Hi all,

I have confirmed that the issue is at Telegram's end.
The problem here is that Telegram is not sending updates for some users and hence their forwarding cannot work.

I have raised this issue to Telegram and I am waiting for their response. I will be monitoring this issue until this gets fixed.

There is nothing that can be done at my end to fix this bug currently. Approximately 10% of the premium users are affected by this.

With a recent update to @Auto_Forwarder_Bot, the free servers should start working again now! 🎉

Due to limited resources, I have turned off forwarding auto restart for FREE plan users. If your forwarding stops due to high load, you will have to manually restart it. This is done to allow everyone to be able to use the bot.

I understand that since the past week, one of the premium servers is getting unresponsive a little more frequently.
I want to give you an experience where you see 0 downtime all round the year. This is why two big news are coming soon:

1. I will be upgrading all the premium servers to use a much larger server that will be able to handle a lot more users 🪩

2. The biggest update to the bot is coming soon - I am changing the architecture completely that will allow you to use the bot seamlessly, with much little downtime even when there are updates. 🎉

In my internal testing, it has been performing really well and I have removed all bugs that would have been an issue.

I will be starting beta testing very soon with some of you very soon!

There are 2️⃣(two) big updates coming soon

1. New architecture 🏫
I am working on a new architecture for the bot that will allow us to increase number of servers very easily. This will help premium users to be able to use the bot without any delay.

For free users, I will be able to quickly add new servers so that everyone is able to use the bot without issues 💙

Status: The beta testing is still going on and I will be concluding it very soon. I am expecting to release it by the end of April.

2. Web GUI for using the bot 💻
I am working on creating a web app to configure and run forwarding. This will allow you to configure your forwarding very easily from a website with a GUI. It gets very difficult to configure everything with the bot and I understand that.

Status: I am trying to release to very basic first version of web GUI which will let you login to my website using your telegram account and then allow you to manage your session on the website. 🥳
I am trying to release it within the next week.

Slowly, I will be adding more features to it. ⚡

Recently Telegram shared a news about the mandatory use of a new payment method inside bots for all developers.

Starting from June 12, users will be able to purchase the membership using in-app payments like Google Pay and Apple Pay.

At the moment, it is not yet known what the prices will be when paying
with the new method, but Google and Apple typically take a 30% commission. We do not know if Telegram will charge anything above that. Add to that that India charges a flat 30% tax on income from cryptocurrency. This means that I may have to increase the prices for the bot 😢

The good news is that I am going to add a lot of features to make that price worthwhile 😍
Also, paying for a bot may become easier.

The bad news is that this will not work for all countries.
For example, in Russia, in-game purchases are only available from Apple devices that have a cell phone payment method specified.
